Want to be a Chicken Sexer?

I came across this term in my line of work - I can't tell you exactly how I came across it as that's classified, suffice to say it's 100% non-dodgy. So I had to ask myself one question: "Do I know what a Chicken Sexer is?" The answer was no. It's not the type of thing one wants to type into Google, especially in the workplace, but I felt compelled:
Hmm ... not quite sure I buy it. I'm still convinced it should be a crime type - not an occupation. My theory is backed up by the fact that there are "Chicken Sexing Machines".
Those in the know will tell you that there is a lot to Chicken Sexing - it's apparantly not as straight forward as lifting up the chicken's skirt. The Japanese take this very seriously with the All-Japan Chick Sexing Association sponsoring the annual All-Japan Chick Sexing Championship. At this Chick Sex face off, the grand masters of Chicken Sexing battle it out to see who can "Chicken Sex" as many chicks in the time allowed. The record stands at 1,682 in an hour.

Also (regarding the first photo), to the best of my knowledge the Governor of California is NOT a Chicken Sexer. However, that's just "to the best of my knowledge". Just a bit of harmless fun.
